Hey Toby. The best way to purchase originals is to contact galleries that represent Shepard and get on their waiting lists for upcoming shows. It is getting harder and harder to get the opportunity to buy his work. You need to basically get lucky, and be in the right place at the right time. Good luck!
Hey - And Thanks very much for your answer. As I try to figure out which galleries exclusively represent SF works, I might still be in the beginnung of my "research". Except for duckywaddles.com, toyroomgallery.com & outeredgestudio.com I couldn't find more galleries that work closely together with SF. Do you possibly have any additional information on galleries? You may want to contact the galleries that have represented Shepard in the past to see if they have any available pieces. I must admit, I have had a much easier time buying his artwork that way. Buying during a show is near impossible due to the long wait list and people that get first priority....
