Sadly Warhol would never see the millenium, but in 1982 he worked together with Joseph Beuys to create works to fund millenium celebrations for the "Committee 2000." The subject is pure Warhol - champagne glasses and confetti - optmistic symbols for a new beginning (new millennium. Color Screenprint on Lenox Museum Board, in an edition of 2000 and Signed "Andy Warhol" and Numbered by the Artist in pencil lower right with the red Stamp on the verso:"© Andy Warhol 1982".
